Client Integration Consultant

Dotomi's Client Operations group is looking for a highly motivated professional tow work in our client integration area. This person will work in a client oriented professional services team.


Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement technical solutions based on client requirements.
• Oversee all aspects of client implementations and technical projects.
• Integrate new and existing customers into the Dotomi system.
• Create and update client documentation.
• Create and update client documentation for clients and internal use.
• Provide technical support and know how to client services team.
• Work with Dotomi R&D to debug and troubleshoot the system.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience
• Knowledge and understanding of HTML, JavaScript, PHP and web technologies
• Excellent oral and written communication and multi-tasking skills
• Good working knowledge of databases
• Programming experience.
• 4 year college degree
