Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented professional to take on a managerial role in our Client Operations team at Dotomi. A strong candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

  • At least 5+ year of experience in ad operations in an online marketing or rich-media advertising business
  • 2 + years of managerial experience within online media / ad-operations or production
  • Knowledge JavaScript, and HTML is a big plus
  • Experience with ad servers such as Doubleclick or Atlas a plus
  • Exposure to scripting languages such as PHP and Perl a plus
  • Previous customer service experience desired
  • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with accountability various internal stakeholders
  • Team leader & player with ability to meet time sensitive deadlines
  • Ability to think “outside the box” and come up with solutions under time pressure
  • Analytical, tactical, and detail oriented self starter
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be accomplished client operations professional that has spent at least the last five plus years in internet marketing in a managerial role with an on-line media delivery or interactive advertising agency.  Ideally you will have worked closely with account management, production and analytic’s in a support role.  This critical and highly visible role requires an eye for detail while keep all the balls in the air.  If you thrive on building a better mouse trap and ensuring that results exceed client expectations then look no further.

  • Set-up campaigns in Dotomi’s advertising delivery system for client campaigns
  • Run pre-launch campaign QAs and troubleshoot
  • Master campaign business requirements and identify technical implementation needs
  • Troubleshoot problems in live campaigns in a timely manner
  • Manage and ,maintain running campaigns, implementing required changes
  • Assist Account Management in developing sustainable launch strategies
  • Work with Development to provide product enhancement recommendations
  • Serve as a liaison between Dotomi and internal operations teams (Creative, Sales, Account Management, Client Operations)
  • Team leader and manager of the launch team consisted of traffic and QA, overall responsibility for Dotomi client launches
  • Strategy and execution advisor to the account team – work with account team to identify campaign execution strategies and develop common guidelines and recommendations to improve efficiency and quality of launches
  • Liaison to account management team – working on consistent communication, expectations setting and education of the account team, ensuring efficient communication and workflow between the account team and client operations
  • Leader in automation initiatives and business process improvement leading automation improvements and provide and drive key improvements to the product with the product team
