Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented professional to support the needs of the Software Development team at Dotomi.

A strong candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

At least 7years of experience in developing client-server applications using Java
At least a bachelors degree in Computer Science or any other related field
Excellent understanding of Object Oriented methodology and design
Excellent understanding of multithreaded applications
Experience in XML
Experience with SQL and databases
Experience with different data structures and their performance
Experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP)
Strong understanding of client-server programming
Ability to learn and investigate new areas independently
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a start-up environment
Needs to be a self starter that can thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, with the ability to roll up your sleeves and get the work done…
We need an individual contributor
Online experience (e.g. worked in web enabled environments) – ideally around media
Well organized with excellent attention to detail
