Position Summary
Sr. Client Integration Engineer for Dotomi clients ensuring successful new client launches and operation of existing accounts. Role works with some of the largest marketers in the country on standard and custom solutions. Responsible for implementation and technical relationship management, automation and sales support.
Essential Job Functions/Activities
- Advocate and explain Dotomi's integration solutions to prospects in pre-contract calls
- Work with client teams to recommend workable and scalable customizations that allow Dotomi to create innovative marketing solutions for its customers
- Integrate new and existing customers into the Dotomi system: design, develop, implement and test technical solutions based on client and business requirements.
- Own the client integration - oversee all aspects of client implementation and technical projects and manage technical relationship with clients.
- Create and update client documentation
- Monitor the technical performance and integrity of client integrations
- Provide technical support and know how to client services team and business development team
- Work with Dotomi R&D to expand, debug and troubleshoot the system
- Identify and implement automation solutions for clients and the operations team
- Troubleshoot and solve existing client technical issues
- % allocation: 80% client related work (new and existing), 10% automation, 10% other
We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional to support the needs of the Client Operations Team at Dotomi. A strong candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or equivalent experience
- Years of Experience: 4 years highly relevant experience
- Specific Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, experience communicating technical information to non-technical people.
- Strong customer facing experience, client relationship management and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of HTML, JavaScript and PHP.
- Understanding of HTTP, XML and web technologies
- Good working knowledge of databases and SQL (experience with Postgres, Oracle or MSSQL is a plus).
- Programming experience and understanding of programming concepts
- Experience working in Linux environments
- Knowledge of scripting languages (shell, python, Perl) is a plus
- Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, Certifications, etc.:
Attendance requirement: flexible to work late evenings occasionally to accommodate late launches or issues
